Error message upon download

Just downloaded and can’t even use due to “cannot connect to internet” error message. I’m at home on Google Fiber WiFi. Shutoff the WiFi on my phone and retried, no dice. Read the app reviews and this has been an ongoing problem for users for over a year at least. Deleted. Too bad, I was looking forward to getting a coupon to come in store today to purchase a shelf I saw on IG. Not going to pay full price for it though.

Every time I try to use the app it won’t let me load anything because it says I’m not connected to the internet when clearly my phone states I’m connected to the internet so I will redownload to see if that’s the problem and time again it doesn’t work. Only have actually used it twice in the 2weeks I’ve had it.

This is the worst app ever. It crashes constantly. I have been spinning it daily for over a month trying to get anything besides 10% your regular price purchase and haven’t gotten anything but that. I was waiting for a decent spin to go buy an item but it looks like I will go elsewhere.

Only ever lands on 10% off. So annoying because it used to be such a good variety. Very disappointed.

It’s a bummer tried many times to use the app so has my husband and friends all get same message can’t load your not in internet mode

Helpful app, but really needs to be updated in terms of how it looks and works. The app is clunky and is still stuck to fit iPhone 5 size screens. You’d think a company like this would be on top of things. Would be nice to also have your account linked to it so you don’t have to put it in your email every time you spin. Will keep the app obviously but hope it gets a new design soon.

It seems as the app only has 10% discount on reg price items, used to have better discount coupons. not the greatest coupons as it used to be. Merchandise is pricey but with good coupons was more affordable and appealing but now you lost me to H O B B Y L O B BY better prices , good quality fix it or you will be losing more business

So Kirkland’s ...how does it feel to have all these 1 star reviews?? I’m disappointed that you don’t care about your customers. If you did care these 1 star reviews would be 5 stars with lots of happy customers! So what will you do make all us unhappy people happy people?? I think you can figure this one out...BETTER DISCOUNTS!!
