I love using this app for playing the games on my laptop it adds a whole new way to play that I’ve never used before, wished it was free but will be buying it soon

This app doesn’t work for me and I had paid money within the app, I want my money returned to my card. This is the second time I’ve been trying to get in contact with you guys and you put no effort in trying to get in contact with me. The screen won’t even work, it is always frozen and can’t even get past the starting screen and I was trying to have a great VR experience but you guys ruined it. I will sue your company if you don’t give me back my money
