Nothing went wrong , it connected as expected. Like the description said I was able to access my labtop from anywhere in my home.? The only thing that I was upset about was the sound. Fix that and it'll be perfectó

I use this all the time for playing games without waking anyone up at night! No sound, some connectivity issues, but overall worth it.

Poor app will not allow you configure for connection to PC. Lots of adds which are unwanted. Not worth a rating don't know how it is at a 3 star. Pocket Cloud is a little better. At least you can configure it.

(Spoiler) It's free. It gets the job done, I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I use it to control my pc from bed or from the living room. The 30 fps video is a nice feature.

Norton's detected a Trojan attached to the PC companion and would not let me even download it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, all positive reviews must be from the scammer that made this! Try Splashtop instead! It works just fine.
