No Ride Times...New Design Is Boring & My Map Won't Even Load.

The main reason I even downloaded the app was for the ride times. I live right by Kings Island and I love it but what's really the point of the app without the ride times???? Plus the old design was way more fun.
Bring back estimated wait times

Sure they weren't perfect, but that really was the best part of the old version. We're here all the time and used that to map out our plans for the night.

What is the point of the app if it doesn't have wait times? Very disappointed.

This is my first year at KI, but I've heard that the app last year worked great. This year, not so much! It's terrible! It won't show wait times and the map doesn't work. I can't get the Fun Pix to work with the app and I feel like I wasted my money on that. There is absolute no reason KI can't fix this app! Even the workers at KI complain about it. Someone higher up needs to take notice too!

The previous app had the wait times, the new one supposedly does as well, but I have yet to find them. Useless!!

All they have to do is simplify it and include wait times! Probably 90% of the reason people got the app was to check wait times and i cant find them. Also this app is to complex. If this gets fixed this app will be so much better.

Update 6/29. The update is literally no better. It's like they aren't even trying to make a decent product. It's basically a digital version of the paper maps designed to upsale the fast pass... (Which maybe they would sell more if the app showed the wait times). Last version worked well. Sure there were areas for improvement, but overall it became a go to last season while in the park. I like the integration of my gold pass. Old version never crashed for me, so it's unclear what was added here. The #of visits counter doesn't work, it always says zero... I've since discovered it will only updated when a pass is loaded... So if I want an updated count, I have to remove and readd my pass. I don't like that the app can't tell me which dining places are open (and which are closed) like it can do for closed rides. At a minimum I'd expect restaurant times should be in the app... Although if that's a day to day decision based on staffing... Then use the app to inform the public. Ever since I updated, the app says I am not in the park, even when I am. It still then works to show ride wait times, but it's annoying that it says "i see you are not in the park" Even if I just used my gold pass from the app to go through the turnstile. Even if I am on the park Wi-Fi. Even if the map in the app shows my blue dot in the park. Even after I've logged in. Even with Bluetooth on (as the app suggested to "improve location accuracy". Overall, if you don't have this app and frequent kings island.. You literally have no additional functionality than if you did have it. I hope kings island refused to pay the developers for this "upgrade"... Although I don't understand why they haven't reverted back yet.
