Could be fun with a company that cares about the players..... Support will never answer a question directly. Scripted responses to tickets without any intent of fixing a problem. Avoid this game in my opinion.

The game is great! Customer service: Worst ever. It's like they don't read your emails. They just respond how ever they like.

I have enjoyed playing Kingdom Age for almost 4 years. There is always something to build and character development seems limitless. There have been several times, however, when GREE and Apple can't get it together on the programming side. That fact can be a real detractor. The fact that in-app purchases are almost a requirement if a player wants to be competitive is also a negative. Overall, this is a solid game for anyone who is into this format.

I've sent requests with proof that protected gold is being stolen and they refuse to correct the issue by saying " no one can raid protected gold during PVP" Gree and their support is the worst bunch of people ever.... I will never recommend any Gree game and in my opinion their games should be removed from the App Store and Google Play... Here's a warning for anyone looking to download their games DONT DO IT!!!! Unless your stupid and never pay attention to the faulty programming they refuse to address and fix..... Too bad they don't have a negative rate cause it would be a -10 out of 10

Not sure why, but I've been playing this game for over 1450 days. I'm not really active on the game anymore due to it being slow loading and the PVP is crap. To many flaws everywhere. Like I said, it use to be entertaining but gree is a extremely greedy company. The past owners of the game made it a little more enjoyable. But really the only way to have great stats is put a lot of money in it. The game loads everything slow, and lags like no other. The network/servers they have for this game is very poor. Ultimately, make your own choice, but there is a reason why the game is rated that low.

For playing this game for about 5 years and seeing changes happen a lot, I'm not impressed. Always depending gems and money for buildings, units and any other sneaky stuff they put into the game. Gree basically killed the game. I still ask why I played that long, probably cause of the community but the game itself should just stop being a waste. Moved on and don't need to deal with this awful game and gree anymore. Sorry
