Was great now I get a login error

This app was working great and suddenly I can no longer log in. I can’t reset my password and I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I still get the same log in error. It appears there is no support contact to help me resolve the issue...

We have only had this App for a few weeks but we were enjoying it and the past 3 days it has completely stopped working. I hope that they are working on the fix?
Can’t log in, just like everyone else. Very frustrating and no way to contact support.

Waste of time. Several weeks in and now you can’t log in. Take the app off the App Store if it isn’t going to be supported. Clearly, everyone is having the same problem.

Things were going great and it gave my wife and I plenty to talk about. Then one day I couldn’t login anymore and the forgot password button doesn’t work. I’ve been locked out for about a week now.

***Update*** downloaded it on my work phone which is an Android and it works perfectly. So it seems to be an IOS issue. I read somewhere that your cell service provider could be blocking the app . Same with your internet provider when on wifi . They see it as mature content so check your parental settings on both Me and my gf have been loving this app!! She's on Android and I'm on an iPhone. Now I can't login even though my info is saved and I haven't changed my password. She however , has no issue logging in so maybe this is an iPhone issue since the new iOS update ? Either way the devs need to fix this .. there's people who have spent their hard earned money on this app to not only have fun but to SUPPORT YOU as well. Please fix.

Then one day I just stopped being able to log in. Says it has an error with my account. But there’s no way to contact any kind of support and when you click the button to reset your password, nothing happens.

I love this app, but it only seems to work on WiFi. I’ve verified all my settings and it still doesn’t work! 5 stars if you can fix it
