Kinder is designed to help you and your partner find that name, the name that fits your baby but also the man or woman they grow out to be.
With Kinder we have created an app in which you can quickly flick through name suggestions either liking or dismissing them. Your likes are than matched to the likes of your partner and by both looking for names you'll end up with a shortlist of names you both like.
Kinder is free and we have over 18.000 names in our library with a grand variety in origins so you can find that unique name that your child will write history with!

Great Way to Track Name Choices

My husband and I have loved swiping through names and seeing what we match (and don't match!) on. The only thing keeping it from a 5-star rating is there appears to be a small glitch; my husband's app is showing a couple matched names that my app has not updated to show, even after completely closing out of the app.

The name selection is poor. It's also annoying to have to swipe left multiple times to a name you don't like spelled in different ways.

Very helpful tool but really wish you could also input your own name ideas instead of only being able to pull from the app's lists.
More stars if names were spelled properly!

There were quite a few names that I would have chosen if they were spelled properly. The ‘trendy’ name misspelling is not my style. Also it needs more classic names. Not everyone is looking for a made up name. It would be great to have both the traditional and non-traditional spelling options for names please!

It would be great to add the option of filtering by the first letter of name you think you want. Like how Kris Kardashian would only want to see K names. ? but seriously if I’m naming my baby after a specific person, it would really help!

Unclear why the same name comes up (spelled the same!) numerous times. Would also be nice to be able to input your own somehow.

Very good app, missing one key filter though, by first letter. Users should be able to select the first letter of the first name as a filter. Would make things a lot easier. Thanks!

App won’t me link to my partner. Does not have necessary SSL. Great names but I went through the suggestions in no time. More names should be added to the list. Otherwise, cool app!
