There should be no question that every woman has this app. It is the best way, that I have seen, to track your regular cycle, to help figure out underlying problem you may be having, and so much more.

I used Kindara to track my cycle before getting pregnant (to avoid, and then for better awareness when trying), and it worked great! I also know that Ovia is making a real difference in Maternal-Child Health, working with and supporting nonprofits like March of Dimes (the leading nonprofit in furthering the health of moms & babies). I love it when a product that works is backed by a generous & innovative company!

I loved using Kindara to track my cycles! The community made it easy to get access to other women’s charts and get more information and learn from other women’s experiences. I was able to use this app for 3 years to avoid pregnancy and now with the first month of trying my husband and I were able to conceive all because I took the time to use this app and understand my cycle!!

I started using Kindara a few years ago to transition off hormonal birth control and learn more about my body. This app also helped my husband and I avoid pregnancy until we were ready to conceive. It gave me the knowledge to pinpoint the exact days we should be shooting for and low and behold I got a positive pregnancy test after just a few months of trying! I highly recommend this app along with the Wink thermometer. The Bluetooth technology takes the hassle out of inputing that information every morning! I’m also obsessed with the Blog. Lots of helpful articles to grow my knowledge. Thanks so much to the creators of the app for making it so easy to educate myself on so many things.
