i really like this game but it doesn’t beggin very quickly sometimes i have to wait 30mins for the game to start

I've enjoyed this game for years and have a lot of money invested in it. My only issue is I'm playing on an iPad 2 and the game won't transfer to another tablet. Once this relic dies (this app is the only reason I still use it), I won't start over on another device. I've got too much invested and I won't start over again.

I love this game and I play it frequently. But for some reason lately every app that pops up on the screen doesn’t play. The add just shows a black screen and sits there. And you can’t exit it either, you have to restart the whole game.

I really do think this game is fun - when I'm able to play it. However, I'm only able to play it for about 10 minutes at a time because the energy goes down so fast and takes forever to refill! I appreciate being able to watch videos for free energy but even that takes a long time and eventually I run out of videos and so I can't play anymore. Also, I got the bel-air estate and I have no idea how I'm supposed to be able to afford anything in there! Most quests cost money-especially hard-earned k-stars.

I am EXREMELY angry with the makers of this game. I played almost constant final fantasy to get a lvl 10 citadel, a k-star offer that was supposed to give me 478 k-stars, but it gave me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I loved this game, but I now feel cheated and I don’t want to play this game as much anymore. Hopefully this is read by admins and they give me the rewards I deserve for doing that. Don’t even try the rewards, they’re a bunch of stupid lies.

I did the $4.99 VIP deal and 2 weeks ago the app began acting strange. I was not getting the discount in the store. I checked to see if my subscription was still active. It is. I got charged last week. I have been emailing with Glu Support and one person was helpI no be then another started responding with things that didn’t have anything to do with my problem. I’ve tried contacting them via Facebook but nothing happens so I figured I’d get more of a response here.
