I’ve been working on this app a loooong time, I’m finally past $3. I want to say I’ve had this app since last year... I deleted it at one point because it had been an entire week with no survey questions and I gave up. Idk. I gave it 2 stars because it’s pretty passive and doesn’t bother me any. Maybe when my youngest is in college I can give her the $5 gift card to celebrate...
Bad customer service/support. There is none.

This company has horrible support and customer service. I’ve been trying for months to get a response about not being able to cash out my amazon gift card and no help give. It says my email is not verified but it is. It has a green check mark by it with the word verified. It has taken months to even reach the 5.00 needed for the gift card and they are of no help. If you don’t have this app I suggest you don’t even bother trying to use it. STILL CAN NOT CASH OUT ANYTHING!!! KEEPS SAYING ERROR EMAIL NOT VERIFIED BUT IT IS!

SO disappointed. I really loved this app. Easy to earn, fast turn around once you cash out for the $5. It was 5 stars. Then it updated yesterday and EVERYTHING is gone. My balance of $1 and change is back to $0. There’s no way to earn. I’m still logged in and the app is just blank. I don’t even know how to contact support.

Downloaded this with hopes of a passive way to earn gift cards. Sure survey pay was very small, but most of my surveys were only one question so it was worth the pay in my opinion. Now after having the app for a couple weeks, I have not received any new surveys and I’m stuck at a measly $0.81. At this rate, it will take probably close to a year to earn a gift card, if not longer. There are SO many other and better apps/websites that you shouldn’t even bother with this app.

It’s slow but the surveys r super easy lol so why not just answer that one question and accumulate the points overtime then redeem ??

Huge waste of time to download and do surveys. When it comes to layout everything is great but there’s No Customer Service at ALL! No one ever responds ever to the many many emails and their referral button on the app doesn’t work and NEITHER does the simple $5 amazon cash out either. I’m not exaggerating when I say do not waste your time.

I wanna give this negative 10 stars actually This is pretty annoying It always logs me out and then I have to re enter a verification code and then there’s no surveys and then oh click here for 10 mins questions and then it asks me 3 questions and oh then You Don’t qualify and then you qualify for the next round was supposed to take 7 mins of questions and then 3 hours pass by Really annoyed.... Fix it please

Looks like they are pushing people to do the Peanut Labs surveys which can screen you out for no payment or do paid offers. Really a waste of time.
