Needing to improve my hips and core strength, this is an awesome addition to the other Lolo easy apps (legs and abs) to help improve and repair nagging knees. I've already noticed an improvement in my running and less knee pain, so I'm happy with the rotation of this app to the other two I use throughout the week. Great off-season workouts to build me up, and I'm certainty use these as maintenance when I gear it up again in the spring and summer (where I also use the Lolo beat burns). Thanks!

Where to begin??? This is a perfect supplement for physical therapy regiments for those of us with IT band issues. Great for traveling! Great for non-running days during the week. Great for overall strengthening! So glad I paid for the upgrade. With three time settings, an ever changing array of workouts, and three levels of difficulty - this is a must have for runners and overall fitness buffs!!!

I started with the lolo boot camp app which I do every other day. Have added a 10 min workout from this app to get some extra targeted work. Big fan!
