My 5 year old counts everything so he got involved w/ the workout too! I picked music we both like and I can actually get in 10-15 mins of exercise for MYSELF while doing all my other jobs as a mom. Thx lolo! Really easy, fun and motivating!

Just did my first workout. Very easy instruction, fun, motivational, and you don't wanna give up you wanna keep pushing especially when she starts to countdown for you. Awesome beans lol!!

I really enjoy using this app in between workouts at the gym. I've even had a few people watch and join me. I share this app with many friends who are looking to sculpt the lower body. I'm feeling and seeing improvement! I only wish there were other workout options.
