It hasn’t been updated, fixed or anything in 6months. They added a level in Dec. 2017 and that was the last we’ve seen of anything new. No one wants yearly updates. It only takes a few days to a month to complete a level depending how much u play. So Don’t waste ur money or time on a game that’s at a stand still. The developers don’t want anything to do with the game and neither should u.

I like this game, it involves teamwork, factions. My only complaint with factions is inactive members, especially inactive Elders and Leaders, they take up spots in factions and hold up progress on leveling up and to grading weapons. My suggestion is that inactive players be demoted or kicked after a certain amount of time. So far there's only 8 regions. Us loyal players are patiently waiting for an upgrade. Support has been good at responding to question, but so far no remedy actions have taken place. I like the game enough that I will wait for game upgrades. Like Region 9 + and weapon and gear upgrades. Good job so far Hothead Games!

You shoot and progress. You win cash and medals but the key currency in this game is gold bars which you can buy with real money, of course. No prob there. But in events, weapons are the key award. You can use gold for required energy to place well in events. But out of 5000 factions, only the top 1-3 win a weapon at best. Other events, even the top players only win “gear”. This gear has usually been available previously so you shoot for 3 days, spend money for gold to get energy....only to win the top prize which is a pair of pants you already own! If HH made updated weapons more available in ALL events, people would have more fun winning AND would likely buy more gold to do so...a win/win. I sometimes think HH doesn’t put much into promoting this game which would explain a lot. Also, customer service experience was bad. They double charged my CC for in app purchase and when I contacted HH CS, I was punted to Apple CS. Kind of lame.
