Amazing design + mechanics

The artwork flows so well with the sounds and overall gameplay mechanics, and the level editor gives this app such a unique trait other apps need. It's an awesome game and I keep coming back to the many levels it contains. Just one question, what was the program you used to create it? (Coming from an aspiring game developer)
