What children will learn?
Kids will recognize basic patterns, learn problem solving, consistent and algorithmic thinking, spatial visualization, debugging programs. The game develops skills that are useful in algebra, geometry, logic and computer science.
Kids'n'Code is inspired by well-known visual programming languages: Scratch, developed at MIT, Alice, developed at Carnegie Mellon University and Logo.
We can't wait to see what you will create after the course.
This game is really awesome! I played it my child and we both enjoyed it - she specially enjoyed the robot :-) In her own words - this game helped her learn more about coding by making her think through things.
My kids and I love this! I am a programmer and I think this is a perfect way to help them understand what I do. Thanks! Please make more!
I know this says its for 6-8 yr olds but I find myself learning code by playing it myself. And I'm a 30 something yr old. I like it. I'm also an IT specialist so I already had an interest.
I checked this out to see if it would be appropriate for my granddaughter and found myself playing all the way through! Cute and sensible way to learn code concepts. I wish there were more complicated levels. I would buy iap to get more play.
For Ages 6 and UP! A clean, perfect and satisfying little app for any age(I'm nearing 70). Please add more levels when you have time? <3
