I haven't even been able to play once! Such disappointment! ^ I posted this review last week on the 14th. I sent the company Mind Snacks an email stating that I wanted a full refund. I have yet to receive a reply, so I went to email them again today. It says I have been "suspended from the account." And can't send another email. I go to login to see my previous email and if maybe they replied via their own website. Wrong password. I request to have them send me a new password and I don't even get the email!! I tried three times and didn't get the email "right away!" As promised from their website. This company is being very tricky and trying to get away with a subpar app and won't admit to it, or even give me the time of day. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP- go try Duolingo if you want a language app. It's free and MUCH better than this app. There are plenty of kid learning apps out there, this shouldn't even be considered. Mind Snacks, you disgust me

It works great when it works, but it no longer works properly. For me, it crashes if I try to enter my name into it. If I don't do that it works for a bit but then the game loads strangely, especially the fish game. The fish game music plays and the game has started but I only see a purple screen. Please fix this app as I was about to recommend it to my school but cannot do so if the app does not download properly.

App will not let new users be created, so it's useless. I have written emails and tweeted them, but haven't received any response. Definitely a disappointment and it appears that they've abandoned their apps.

I've had good experience with the other Mind snacks but this ...this was a big Disappointment. Well not turn on and when it finally did couldn't see anything ,it just played music .
Doesn't work anymore with iOS8

This used to be a great app, but since I updated my operating system, it no longer works. I hope they will update it soon.

I started noticing the freezing bugs & other glitches after school started Fall2014. At that time, I had NOT upgraded my OS, I didn't have room. January2015, I cleaned out my iPad completely & re-downloaded MindSnacks.... it CONSTANTLY crashes!My 7 year old has Asperger's... very high-functioning. He made his own UserName so that he could unlock the other games. He made it to Level3 in less than 30 minutes... The game it unlocked, Belly, displays a purple screen. When we play either of the 1st 2 games, after seeing the 'Progress'... The whole app locks up & I have to close it. Then re-open. This is a big deal for us! I never expected this company to do this. I truly had high hopes for y'all. I really LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your apps when my 2 older sons were using them. The look my little boy had.... The thing is- it's obvious that you have no plans to fix this. Lot's of people have been reporting these problems FOR MONTHS!!! Shame on you.

Crashes. Tried on 3 devices: iPad 2, iPhone 5, iPhone 6. All updated to newest iOS. Waste of money.
