Love this app but it keeps crashing

I love this app and so does my daughter. I just purchased the full version, but every time she tries to play a game in the app it crashes. Is this something that can be fixed? Or could I get a refund for the purchase? I’d really like to keep this app if this issue can be fixed.

Update added stupid on nom videos section, defeating the purpose

This was a beautiful app, the games are wonderful and fun, my 3yr loved them and learned to much. I gladly paid the monthly premium. But Recent update added a tab with Om Nom videos. Not just that I can watch those videos for free in YouTube and don’t need to pay for it, but the video are also annoying and make my child hyperactive. I paid for the app to have my child play something educational, if I would want them to watch YouTube I would turn YouTube on for free. Please take the om nom tab off.

Very nice collection of game’s. My son enjoys them immensely. I’ve run into an issue though - the means to access this page was/is a very simplistic mathematical problem, I’m certain that my child can access it (given three possible answers). Thank you for the timely response (next day). I will make parental control adjustments. And, as I mentioned previously: “ Very nice collection of game’s. My son enjoys them immensely”.

I love this game my daughter loves it too I think it’s very educational she loves playing it ever since she’s played this game she was been doing so much better in her pre-K thanks for making this game

Glad I only paid for one month, to be honest some games are good, but they install so many games that are not included in this subscription so every time my daughter hit it, it won’t work. It either asks you to pay more or to download new ones. It’s very annoying. My little girl sometimes got so frustrated she just turned it off and went to watch her cartoon. Will not renew after this month. By the way, 7 days trial was good, but after you paid for it, it’s like a scam. They really think they can use child psychology to get parents to keep paying for more. Hate this type of business practice! Two stars for some of the games only.

We did the free trial my son fell in love I’ve paid for a month here n 5ere n desided to just do a year and I wish I didn’t. When u search the name of the app it doesn’t even come up I have to search hard for it. Hi I purchased the full app for a year paid for it it has been a month now and the app doesn’t change I deleted and re downloaded it and it is still the same. I downloaded other apps from you guys those are not paid either. I clicked restore and nothing changes. I feel scammed and I want the app or my money. This is crazy. My son loves the app and he can’t even get what EYE paid for.
