It's free, yes; however, the advertisements are right below the tiny paint tray..... It's hard enough for an adult to hit one of the teenie colors without clicking the ad let alone a CHILD!! so you just get redirected to whatever the heck they're advertising every time your aim's off (and believe me your kids aim will be off) LAME
