In playing this game for one minute, without tapping anything at all other than the in-game tools, right in the middle of cleaning stuff out of the kid's ear, full screen ads popped up. Maybe 6 or 7 times. I'm honestly surprised Apple allowed this app in the App Store. It seems to exist solely for the purpose of making you accidentally tap ads.
Advert spam makes it virtually unplayable
