Adquirí la subscripción de un año porque durante la versión de prueba funcionó bien, pero unos días después empezó a fallar. Solo funciona, a medias, 1 de cada diez veces que mi hija la usa. Se demora cargando el inicio y después no abre la galería de dibujos, la pantalla se pone blanca y sale de la app. Intenté ponerme en contacto con soporte pero no ha sido posible. La he desinstalado varias veces y he intentado varías cosas pero nada funciona.

We bought the year subscription and loved learning, practicing &drawing all the animals. About a month ago we noticed that it wouldn’t pull up any of the animals (in matter of fact it wouldn’t pull up anything we choose to draw). I thought maybe it just needed to be updated. Well we have been there, &done that and nothing is still working. This has been going on for a month in a half. But it will ask you to make in app purchases, that are basically the same games you have already purchased &are paying for. I’m 30 and loved this game just as much as my 11yo & 6yo. We just want the game that we initially payed for we loved drawing new animals and everything that came with it. Can someone please look into this and see what is going on. Thank you so much!!
