Horrible interface

A lot of creative things have been done with the touch interface of the iPod Touch and iPhone. This app doesn't really showcase any of those. Even using my pinkey, approximately the size of my four year old's index finger, I still found my finger obscuring the next point. All told in my trial before letting my youngest have at it, I deleted it instead of allowing him to draw. Now had I wanted to learn to draw like an epileptic recovering alcoholic...actually, not even then. That's because the best "feature" is that when you lift your finger from the shakes (or to see the next point under your finger), the drawing starts over. Not only does it start over when you lose contact with the screen, but also when you divert from the path that you can't see by too far. Seriously guys, a little better thought into something like this. Maybe make the path markers not so exactingly sensitive, or bigger (maybe arrow shaped) path markers. If you must have the path so sensitive, maybe make the concession of providing an allowance for faster fluid motion, and get away from a boxy ridgid style that would have allowed zigzags in a circle, provided they hit the markers and don't horribly deviate from them. This could be so much better, but the interface needed thought, not blind assembly!
