This app is not user friendly as it freezes more often and every time I have to uninstall and reinstall it back to make it work .

The app for the iPhone is ridiculous. It won’t switch between dashboard view and classic view for me, so it’s stuck on classic view which is TERRIBLE. So hard to navigate. PLEASE redo the iPhone app. I have it on my iPad as well and it’s perfectly fine.
I can’t setup an account

This app is trash . It won’t even let me create a login. The director of my daycare sent me a email to sign up and when I get to the app, there isn’t even an option to sign up.

The child care center my son attends transitioned from Brightwheel to KidReports and honestly, I prefer the previous app. KidReports not only won’t notify me of messages or pictures, the app stopped working all together about a month ago and now I’m lucky if it lets me log in. About once a week the app will notify me of messages (pretty late at night) and by the time the message or post gets to me it’s usually too late. The school tried it all and so did I. Very disappointed with this app.

The app is amazing, my teachers love it. My parents are continuously thanking us for the real time engagement. The app is usually wonderful and has very few hiccups. I have used other apps while looking for the best one and I am very satisfied with KidReports…It’s ever evolving to meet the needs of parents, teachers, and directors. It makes it easier to spend time teaching...

Absolutely love this app! My students parents love being able to get real time updates about their child. And I love that’s it’s so easy for me to do that. KidReports has been a real game changer in my classroom. I haven't found anything like it or that works as well as it has!

Such a great and convenient app! Kid reports makes it easy for me to connect with the parents of all of my students quickly and efficiently. Would have loved something like this when my own kids were in school!

Fire your devs or stop paying them. Crashes, improper support for screens on new phones. No reason and app should be this bad or this slow. Schools should refrain from using the service knowing how bad of an experience parents get.
Love the idea, but needs updated

Portions are cut off on the iPhone XS screen. It freezes often, events aren’t recorded although it says they were.
