Last month you guys charged me even tho I cancelled and did not even give a refund. And this month also should be cancelled but I have got charged again. I am not using your f. kids pass. Just , refund my money and f... stop stop stop charging me every month. I am sick of this.

Never try to sign up! They don’t even have the option for you to cancel! They just cheated people!

We go to LOL kid club but their staff doesn’t know what a KidPass.and we should wait until they contact the supervisor.even I call kidpass customer service also can’t help.please make sure before you use the credit with kidpass.

My only complaint is that some activities list as 1 credit but are much higher after booked. While I agree these are worth more, I feel it is misrepresentation. I do really enjoy the diverse types activities to try out different things.
