The app itself works great but customer support is horrible. I purchased the subscription online but my app won’t recognize it. There is no number to speak with anyone and they take 24 hours to respond to emails. Alnost ready to cancel and get a refund

Great app for infants too

My baby has been using this app since 8 1/2 months and she’s loving the nursery rhymes. I decided to wait on paying for it since she’s now 11 months and doesn’t quite know how to play games and such yet, so I just stick with the free stuff lol

Asked for help through an email and Facebook. After a little over a month someone got back to me on Facebook. They started to help me and never followed through. So I paid for the app and never could full use of it. My son really wanted it to.

When I first started using this app I would have given it five stars, however they changed the lullabies to include stories and I can no longer play it for my grandson to go to sleep. It was great before because it played soft lullabies on a loop and would put him to sleep. The rest is still very good!Grammaryr

One of the best apps but some changes are needed

I've been a paid subscriber for a while now and have been for the most part satisfied, I would like to recommend some changes. One would be the characters having actual names and not making ridiculous unnatural sounds. For a learning app you'd think speech is something they wouldn't cut corners on. I love the massive amounts of content. It could use some restructuring though. A lot of repeat activities in multiple categories. It would be nice to disable some of the types of activities/characters and the menus be a little more simplified. This app has a ton of potential and it's better than most related apps. I hope they implement some of these changes.

I’ve used this app for my daughter since she was 2. Now she is 4 and ready for pre-K and she still enjoys it. It helped her engage in educational and fun learning and helped break the Use of YouTube kids. I pay for the annual subscription. It’s worth it.

All my grandchildren love this app. Their ages range from 2-5 I downloaded a free activity book and did not receive it. That is my only complaint
