Paid for app, never got access

StephiiiC

I paid 39.99 for this app. It still won’t work, only the free version. It keeps asking for another payment. I want my money back!

Awesome!

kiana is awsome

My baby sister is 1 and she loves ABC Suprises! I recommend make some other things free too so other people with not a lot of money can play other things too! Other than that, this educational app is awesome for babies and my sister learned how to play abc suprises right away! Amazing! I love it and I really recommend you get this for younger and older people! Amazing!

Fantastic customer service

My mother bought this for my daughter. I was unable to get it on her iPad. I couldn’t sign in or restore purchases. I sent an email, they asked for verification (sent screen shot of purchase), they immediately sent verification code that fixed it! I had one other issue previously, I emailed and it was handled immediately as well. Their customer service is fantastic; they’re prompt and care about our little ones! Would def recommend.

It okay

My little brother played this and he didn’t get access to much all the good games you needed to buy

Awesome customer service!

"D1e p1g5!"

I was having trouble getting the subscription I purchased on my daughter’s Fire to work (it’s Amazon’s fault because of the way the kid profiles are set up). I sent a message and they answered within 24 hours and had the issue resolved quickly and easily! Thank you, Prashant from customer service!

What year was this app created, 1960? Do the app developers not watch tv or do any market research on the financial benefits of diversity? I’ll save them the research time and just let them in on a little secret. Black and brown parents would buy your app if you had characters that look like their children. You’re missing out on so much untapped opportunity. Taking my money somewhere else!

Remembering my childhood

True Love = True Happiness

Listening to these songs and riddles bring back so many meaningful moments I had as a child growing up I may not of had much love and affection from my parents but one thing I can appreciate them for is my education. Its the little things like remembering a special moment in my childhood that makes being and adult that more honorable. I don’t have kids myself I’m just using this app to open up things that made me who I am today. Can’t wait to explore this wonderful and powerful app and I especially love that the fact that its free and I have the choice to update if I want to or not. Thank you 5 stars all the way aye! ❤️?
