It works really great!! And the best thing is that is is FREE!! Surprised not that many people rated it. No one has said any complaints, except for one person who said that he didn't even download the app... Yeah. They don't force you to rate them 5 stars, and they don't have any ads, which is what most free apps do. So yeah. Yay for this app :D
Location services required for a kid app is a safety risk

Why does this app need location services to be enabled in order to do the time features? I have parental controls enabled for my child and specifically keep location off as a security measure. As an app for kids, this shouldn't require location. I downloaded it only to delete it after trying to go through the setup. It wouldn't continue without location enabled.
Decent app but with a flaw

The app does what it says- texts the parent when the device has been turned on and off. It times the use and stops the child from using the device after the allotted time. It sends out a certain number of texts before asking for $ to continue sending texts. The flaw is that the app we send out multiple texts within a few minutes, wasting the text count. I'd prefer to pay a one time fee and not have to pay for the wasted texts. In less than 2 hours, it sent out over 33 texts, some of which were telling me how many texts I had remaining before needing to pay. Those were 33 wasted texts!! I was going to give the app 3 stars, but I'm moving it done to two for this reason - when the timer runs out, an alert pops up on the screen. Great. I want that. However, when the device is put into sleep mode, alerts keep popping up on the device. None stop! It's terrible. I need to shut down the device and silence my phone so the messages will stop.
