I have the ik5btl and the bf400 the bf400 comes nowhere close to deep sound and bass that comes from the ik5btl I just wish the app would get updated so I could use the equalizer function on my iPhone X running iOS 13.5

Ive has my kicker for abt 5 yrs and love it BUT now I can not link my phone to the Kicker. It says developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 13.1.3. Pls let me know when this will happen!!

Disappointed for sure!!!!!!!!

Bought this product direct from kicker and a couple months later they quit supporting it. Now it won’t work, sounds flat and crappy, they won’t update the app or return the product. Serious bs!

Sadly, I can’t use this expensive kicker because the developer hasn’t updated the app to work with my iPhone. Please update, so I can change my review and enjoy the product I bought.
