I’ve been using kicks on fire for years. They’re great for sneaker releases for all brands but for some reason I can’t get any coins anymore. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and there isn’t any way to contact them to help with my problem. They need to do an update or at least have a way for people to contact them with issues

I purchased $300 dollars shoes two months ago and never received them. They refused to refund me because they said I had their shoes, which was a lie so now my $366.56 (to be exact) is just gone and I have no shoes. WOST EXPERIENCE EVER…. RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Don’t waste your time or money. Scam
