Use to be good

The app started off great. But now when you try to watch the livestream news, it crashes. It’s been crashing for almost 2 weeks.

The KGW app is very frustrating. It constantly goes back to the top of of the page while reading an article . You then have to scroll back down to the article you were reading. It will do this a couple of times and then I’ll just click out of the page without reading what I was trying to read. I read other news apps that do not have this problem. I erased the app and redownloaded it and it didn’t help. You’d think in this day and age of technology you guys would have this fixed by now. Very disappointing.

It’s a mess. Looking for stories is difficult. A lot of useless information is first and foremost. There must be 20 categories to pick from when looking for a study. Less crap - more news that can be seen.
Ads make reading impossible

My favorite local news source is now deleted. Constant screen jerks from updating ads make it unusable. So sad.

Just tried to read alert re: salmonella recall by Ritz crackers. Got almost to end when ad covered last lines of article. Tried to remove ad by Google and another one kept popping up in same place. Frustrating!
Fix the errors

Every time I read an article and try to go back to main menu I get blank white screen. Then I must close and reopen app.
Customized alerts not working properly

I like that you can customize the news topics that you are alerted about. Unfortunately the topics (ex: Sports) that I unfollowed, I’m still receiving. Please fix!
