Loved this when I first received but now two big things for me. It no longer allows you to delete a log. Before I could remove. Now it is permanently etched on my record. Second, there is no way to return to the previous screen but to close app and reopen. Fix these issues and you earn 5 stars from me.

I have no regrets! This Keyto device is a fantastic tool and motivator. Only negative: One minute is not that long but sometimes waiting for that minute to be ready seems longer than a true minute. I vote for 15-30 second warm up time.

I bought this recently and have yet to get what I think is a reliable reading. I haven’t eaten more than 25 grams of carbs per day in the last three weeks. Not once. My reading never goes above two. I would say believe your scale. If you change your diet and the weight comes off then the change is effective. I knew I shouldn’t have fallen for this

Keyto is extremely well designed. It’s got a beautiful interface that is intuitive and full of all the information you could want or need. As a vegan it was a moment of pure joy when I saw they offered a 100% plant-based approach to keto. I’m loving seeing my scores and my weight progress together and exploring new recipes and food options. I love every minute I use this app while on my vegan keto journey.

Being able to check my keto level any time by just blowing into a keyto pen has been a real game changer. Now when I accidentally eat something that throws me out of keto I know where I went wrong. No more guessing! I love it!!

It is easy to measure and track ketone levels. I do not have any interest in the rest of the app content (meal plans, products)- I have that info already.

Great app also offers everything Keto and radio podcast that is super helpful in my weight loss journey! Wish I could know how accurate it is compared to testing blood ketones since I don’t test my blood— but for me, it’s sufficient to know I’m in Ketosis or not.
