I love this app. It's just enough time for a great workout. Instead of resting I will do cardio (jumping jacks, jump rope, burpees, etc) and it really enhances the workout. I love how you can make it easy or really hard. Since it is kettlebells you can add weight as needed. Thanks for the great app!!
