A bunch of You tube videos and an annoying amount of Google advertising makes it really a waste of my time and attention.
Do not buy this!

Terrible. Ads, ads, ads and more ads. Information is little more than ads. Look elsewhere for ketogenic or low carb diet info. Terrible. I totally regret buying this at the "reduced" price. They should pay me to read the app.

I'm trying to learn what to eat and some diet plans, all this app has are a bunch of YouTube videos that talk about various Keto and low carb diets but NONE GIVE YOU ANYTHING. You can't click the links because you would have to actually go to YouTube, find the video they have here and then click the link for additional. What a waste. Glad I only lost .99. If 10,000 people download this that nearly $10,000........DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.
