Unfortunately, I am unable to even access this app without paying a very expensive subscription fee. Sorry, I don’t pay large sums of $$ for something without first trying it out!

It’s an okay app for recipe ideas and General keto information but didn’t really have what I was searching for. I think 2 things would make it a great app: 1) Similar to the Mealime app, add your meals that you want to cook for the week together and it yields a grocery list. 2) Too many oven recipes and not enough stovetop recipes. Ovens usually mean longer cook time recipes and also some people don’t have ovens (i.e. students). I currently don’t have an oven so I’ve had to use google to outsource recipes. If you have a fully furnished kitchen and don’t know anything about Keto then this is a great app to use for your first year on the diet. If you know keto basics and just want a large library of recipes with varying cook methods and scalability for meal prep, this app probably isn’t worth the money.

Scam. Do not subscribe to this app they’ll start charging you hundreds of dollars with no explanation and they can’t find your membership. We’ve had a dispute with our credit card company for two months.

App is listed as free but before doing anything you have to subscribe to a free trial of 3 days and then are expected to pay 39.99 afterwards. That is not a free app and the set up is predatory at best.

Too costly when you can find this info on the web for free. DON’T BE FOOLED! You have to sign up for a subscription before you can try it out. Not a good value.

Downloading the application it appears that I will not have the option to only have a three day trial. Also, I have not been able to access info, when I select a category, they stay in a circulating and do not upload

It’s insane the state of the App Store where every app now requires a subscription to use. Looks like a cool app, but no way I’m taking a chance of having a YEARLY subscription applied in the event I forget to cancel a trial.

I installed and uninstalled immediately. It is not a free app. Its 39.99$ a year so if u have the money cool but u can google a lot of info to do the diet.
