Since iOS 12 update, app doesn’t even open. App needs updated to support iOS 12. It was my primary way to schedule appointments

I had used this app before, but now it doesn’t work.

I got an email letting me know I had earned a reward and that I should download the app to my apple phone. However when I try to login with Facebook I get an error. I then tried to login with my email and got another error. If I can’t login the app is worthless
