Missing important information.

This app isn't bad, but its missing information like operating hours for future dates so that guest can plan their trips to the Center.
Doesn't have daily schedules

The app gives you a map of the visitor complex, attractions and events. What it's missing is daily schedules and event locations. We had to use the paper schedule to know movie and presentation times and locations.

App lists upcoming events at the Complex, lists all of the attractions, exhibits and experiences and has an interactive map to find it all. Pretty cool.

App is not that great. Basically a digital version of the printed maps that they give you at the ticket window. Navigation/location is awful. For an app designed by NASA, you’d think this would be better. The app is basically useless.

They have taken complaints in the reviews and added in support. Great application for visiting the space center.
Not working

The app worked briefly and then froze up. After that, it would not open back up. I tried clearing the cache on the phone, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app twice. Nothing worked. This app needs serious fixing.
