I can't even join a krew

I played the game on my old phone before it was stolen and so I redown loaded it to play on my current phone and I didn’t have the option to join a krew so I contacted support twice and the first time they said it was my connection and the second they “investigated” my account and discovered I was “playing on multiple devices”...... then what’s the point of being able to recover your game if when you do they take away a part of it that makes it enjoyable...

I’ve installed and uninstalled this game so many times bcs after a while becomes boring...mostly on the dating part...it would be awesome if you guys would give us the option to become married with the person we are dating or to have kids it would be really fun ?

I spent enough k gems to receive two gift boxes during the super star 2 day event, but I was only able to pick one box and I wasn’t even given the option to pick a second one. I’d like my purchase to be restored and receive my gems back or receive my second gift box. I’m very dissatisfied with how the game didn’t provide me with that option, it also automatically kicked me out of my krew for some unknown reason. A more recent problem I’ve been having is not being given the option to throw parties from my home, the icon isn’t appearing, major improvements and updates need to be made and a lot of glitches need to be improved.

This app seriously glitches sooo much! It drives me crazy. I could have full energy and when i go to use it, it will drain and i won’t have any. Or the energy just won’t build at all.

I only play this game to pass the time on my break at work. There’s not much to do. All the “gigs” are exactly the same and have no substance. It’s just “I landed you a gig” and it lasts 3 hours. Speaking of which, it would be nice if some “gigs” lasted longer than 3 hours. Like have some 6 or 8 hour ones. I have found a bug that is absolutely infuriating. Sometimes if I exit the app (but not completely close it) and come back a few hours later, my energy has not refilled enough. Like when it should be full, it’s only given me 2 or 3 energy. Sometimes it gives me none at all. And when you’re in the middle of a gig, this totally ruins it, because you don’t have enough energy to get a good score on it. It’s so annoying and makes me really angry. There is also no point in purchasing clothes. In Kim’s game, you get bonuses on events and dates if you were the right type of clothes. In this game, there is zero benefit for buying any clothes. And if you’re not buying clothes, the dollars are completely useless. I have over $60k and nothing to spend it on. The bonuses you get every day can be stupid. Sometimes you win “stickers” for your Instagram, sometimes clothes or points towards clothes. But sometimes you win the useless money I just mentioned. But it’s not a significant amount. Sometimes you’ll only win $100. The clothes can be very expensive so winning $100 is stupid cuz it doesn’t buy you anything and is just a waste of a reward. For how long this game has been out, I would have thought it would have been more fine-tuned than this. Like I said in the start of my review, I only play it to pass time on my break at work. It’s super boring with not enough to do.
