Great app overall but I forgot my password is there anyway to change it to get my photos back ??

I pay for the premium they take my ten dollars and it still won’t let me recover my deleted photos!!! And when I try and go back to even try and pay again it says I’m already a premium member so I can’t even upgrade. It basically tell me to upgrade then says you already upgraded and yet I get none of the premium options. And on top of that I sent two emails to the support team and not one response!!! I will be reporting to Apple.

The camera for when someone attempts to break in doesn't always work. Also, a few months ago a bunch of my pictures were deleted. I also pay the extra $$ so I'm a bit disappointed I've lost some pictures.

Can’t add photos. Click “+”,then click “import photos”, select what I want to import, then then hit “import”. Time goes on and nothing there. I figured maybe they need to upload but still nothing. Waste of time.
