Wow, keepe has made my life so much easier. My sink broke down, and they came to fix it the same day! What a relief, especially since my family was visiting the next week. Two thumbs up
Good idea, not ready for prime time

Neither the app nor the web browser interface are usable. Looks like more of a prototype/alpha level of functionality, with plenty of show-stopping bugs. I did send them an email describing many of the problems. Hopefully they can get them resolved and make the app functional, but as of right now it’s two thumbs down.

They did more damage than they fixed. Didn't understand English and broke a bunch of plumbing, causing a serious leak. I would only use this for simple jobs, otherwise call actual licensed professionals.

Terrible app! Forced me to put in my credit card without giving me a confirmation of how much I will be charged! This is unethical - is it even legal? I requested service and while I was “matched” no one came to do the work. Now I have to fight a credit card charge for not getting any service. I am extremely uncomfortable with this app having my credit card and went in to delete it after the service man never showed. Guess what - the app DOESN’T allow you to delete your credit card!!! This is terrible!

The people behind this app don’t seem to have any property management or maintenance experience. Wanted to charge me $75 for an estimate. Doubt they will be around longer than 6 months.
