Sync issues

Pathock

I really want to use this, but 10% of the time it either fails to upload new data to iCloud, resulting in devices out of sync, or I type something only to have it repeatedly wiped as it downloads the previous state of the note rather than uploading the new edits.

Pay every month for this app

soundneedle

Really stupid to have to pay for the every month for the rest of my life. Get a job if you want a salary.

Helps me in my workflow for my blog

Usopp

Tried a couple apps to help with my photo blog, but this one has worked the best. The cost for syncing is quite reasonable, so it allows me to use my iOS version as well as my computer app. It continues to be updated and the programmer stays on top of things.

Great under-rated, under-publicized app

Harryzone

This app and its sister mac app are really well done in so many ways. I wish more people knew about this app. Hats off to the developers and thanks!

Crashes nonstop

buzz, a pastor

This app is extremely unstable. It crashes so often that it is unusable. It also will not sync with the desktop app. I am a very experienced programmer and this app is simply terrible.

Great app but...

greysave

This app works great. One thing that I need it to do though is to be able to create and edit tab;Ed like the desktop version.

Default config shows all files in all subdirs..

blackmacmac

On Mac. That is very frustrating. Secondly, does not import notes from versions <3. Regret buying the new version (~$50$) and revert to Together2..

Not worth it without a lifetime subscription

rekkss

The desktop version of this app has a lifetime subscription (one payment, use it forever). The fact that the iOS version doesn't just makes this app (and the desktop app) not worth it. If they offered a lifetime subscription then I would go ahead and get it for both platforms.

Frustrated With Subscription

JulioB

I keep trying to give this app a try but the subscription model is very frustrating; $9.99 per here for mobile is not bad but then another $19.99 per year for the desktop version? I am all for developers to make money, especially since this app gets updates regularly. But $30 in total to be able to use it across mobile and desktop is a bit much. Even if I pay the full price for the desktop version I still can’t use the mobile version unless I pay the subscription. All these subscription models across the applications sooner or later users will stop wanting to use good applications. Maybe one day I’ll return to this app.

Spectacular

Tom Snyder

I am thrilled to find this product. Like many others I have tried all of the products, but like few others, I have been at this since 1980! Seriously! From the first outliner built for the Mac through all of the iterations I have been following this category. Most recently I invested some serious time with Notion which is a serious product but not a well-designed iPad interface. I appreciate some of the standard iPad interfaces chosen to make this quickly usable. I appreciate little details like the distinctions between tagging (which is great) and bundles which have a subtly different value. The “sweet set up” review named this a top choice for note taking of all kinds, partly because they had faith that it would have longevity. We all certainly hope that's true. After rigorous testing, I am impressed by this product and highly recommended.
