Too bad KC doesn’t have a decent weather app. This app is a piece of crap! Sorry you paid so much money to have an app written and you ended up with this garbage.

This used to be the only local news app I would use but the new format is irritating to use. I will be deleted it and going to a different local news app.

Free cell fan

This has been my go-to app since I first got an iPad. However, like every frustrated reviewer here, I am both irritated and astonished that this app will not open in landscape mode. I turned off all alerts. If someone actually does read these reviews, and you fix this issue, I will use your app again. Until such time, one of your competitors has my loyalty.

Bring back the weather app

The old weather app was the best. Highly accurate, easy to use, and reliable. This new app the weather takes forever to open and when it does and slow and gives less info that the old app. I have gone back to using the weather channel app even though it’s not as accurate with local weather

No tornado warning!

This app did not alert me of a Tornado warning! I’m deleting this app and switching to KMBC.

This app is all over the place. Wish they would make it easier to see headlines and news. The home page is very strange. Looks like you landed in the middle of a bunch of sections.

The ads are making the app so buggy to where I cannot scroll down at all to actually read the news stories, rendering the app unusable.

retired and out of money

I was always happy with channel 5 news ,unfortunately they are trying to change the game for me.they won’t allow me the use of the app, on my mobile phone, unless allow them to add more spam , just so they can pay for the service. To those in charge at KCTV5, people who use your site, should know that, us the users on either mobile, or computers get so much more of this stuff you are trying to make us, sign up for. If you are that desperate for money, that you want to add more junk to are devices please, we have less income than a news company, not to mention that Covid has taken a toll on all of your users.please I don’t need more spam on my phone. I, am sure this comment will not posted, or stay up for long, but please, KCTV5 no more spam.
