Pros: Great scheduling feature Notifs for events (especially artist appearances!! super important to see artists on the con floor) Decent navigation Cons: BATTERY HOG!!! Drains a ridiculous amount of battery but doesn’t have battery saving option. Fix that and it’s perfect

It’s fairly helpful, but there could’ve been more effort put in. It opens links in safari way too much and the descriptions of events are all cut off right in the middle. My major problem is that it won’t save events in the schedule that you heart for “My Schedule.” When you reopen the app, all the hearted events are gone and it was a pretty good way to only focus on what you’re interested in. If you’re going to kcon, I still recommend getting the app for some extra information on events and times.

The app so far is super duper cute, but there are a lot of places to go in this app that seem very beta and undeveloped. I get that KCON NY is 21 days away and preparing for KCON LA is probably more important, but this app (just like a lot of the other KCON USA social media accounts) seem very LA centered. Part of me understands because LA has had KCON for three years now. But it also makes me disappointed because A LOT of East Coast people attending this KCON are attending for the first time and need way more information than what's being provided. So for people attending KCON NY, I wouldn't really recommend this app because it's not really going to provide much more service/information than what the main website and Facebook platforms are providing. I'd say the Twitter account has been the most helpful with information regarding both KCON's this year. [The staff/admin/s of that account needs a raise!] I'd recommend when signing up for an account or even in the settings portion of the app there be a option to specify which event you are attending. That way, if you're mainly using the app for LA info, you can easily access it without having to shuffle to NY info...and if you're looking for NY info (which is greatly needed at this point), you can easily find it without having to scramble through the tons of LA info. Also, the countdown thing for KCON LA seemed really handy because I have a separate app for KCON NY that I'd be more than happy to delete it if there was a NY countdown built into the app. Another thing I'd appreciate is a FAQ tab. This is something I've been looking for basically for ages and it seems like the only people who've gotten it right so far have been KCON fans who weren't even associated or employed by KCON management (which is a bit odd that they've answered questions more frequently and sufficient than actual K-employees). I don't want to just complain without pointing out the perks of this app as well so I'd also like to mention that the merch tab seems really cool and I'm looking forward to that being the developed. The weather being shown in the app is not something I expected, but it seems like it may come in handy when KCON actually gets here. Also, the app is really easy to navigate despite one instance where it froze a bit (but that could be my device's problem). I was going to delete this app to free space up but I think I'll keep it for a week or so more to see if any updates fix the somewhat emptiness of this app. But good job on the Twitter account! ??

It opens up pages that could just be open in the app, because you just log in and basically " read " what's on the app but if you click, instead of Staying in the app, which is wayy better. It opens up pages which is lowkey annoying.

The app worked well at first, however, began to close out randomly during times of use. It also became quite slow.

It worked at first but then when I started to scroll it started closing out. I kept trying and it still closed out.
