I already know these stretches and I have my own warm I do, but I love the timer because it doesn't let me cheat myself:)

This app is amazing for stretching for extensions and the splits. I love the timer option and that it keeps track of the stretches you do on the calendar. Great for dance and totally worth the money!!! ????

There are only 12 stretches, then you have to pay again for another 6. Very limited app. Disappointed.

It's an ok app. The stretches are WAY too easy and there's only a little. It won't let me unlock the rest. I wish there were more and harder ones or it would at least let me unlock them. Other than that there is some great touches like the timer and calendar. Overall pretty good??
