The app uses British and US standard letters and Kay Picture optotypes for young children and others with a learning disability.
The Kay Picture Test is the only fully-validated picture vision test with accurate, recognisable pictures and evidence-based crowding. This app is CE marked as a medical device.

Kay iSight Test Professional is free to download and allows you to perform trials using each of the sight test and reading test options. To obtain full access to unlimited visual acuity and reading testing and to record and save results you need to purchase an auto-renewing subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. A 7 day free trial period is available to new users at the start of subscriptions to fully test the app before payment is taken.
Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel a subscription during the active period. You can manage your subscriptions in the Account Settings after purchase. If you purchase a new subscription during a free-trial period you will forfeit any free-trial time remaining from your first subscription.
