No matter what I'm connected to, wifi, data, or stronger wifi, it says that I need to connect to the Internet so that I can update.

If you are not going to fix this app and make it playable then you should take it off the App Store entirely! The last time it was updated was 2015, there's been complaints of it not loading properly and of crashes since then and nothing has been done. What is the point of having it up on the App Store for download if no one can play it!?
