So far, not a particularly functional app

I just downloaded. It's unnecessarily frenetic and yet gets stuck on screens with no obvious way to navigate back. Unless, it's extremely effective at performing it's primary purpose, it's a delete. Update: brought no value and worse, it swamped me with push notification advertisements for retailers who obviously paid them. Even after I shut them off on the ap, they didn't stop. Deleted. I wish I could give zero stars for the inconvenience.

I have used Ebates in the past and getting cashback was so much easier and quicker there. It was easy to use because I could just use my regular browser and click ebates and redirect it to the store, The items on my cart won't disappear & I could just purchase with ease. Shoptgr requires you to browse stores directly from their app.So everything you have added on your cart from your browser you must re search them again and add them again when u used the app. You must Must log in on each website and requires you to re enter password and email add each time. It doesn't add coupons automatically, There's not a lot of rebates to be honest and I have purchased worth thousands from different websites on my first use but have not gotten any. I think im just going back to ebates. I also want to add that it's soooo slow omg!

first time using something like this, but Shoptagr keeps freezing on me.. and I’m just home where WIFI is available. Otherwise I like the app. When it works.

I have been working on shopping more intentionally, and having Shoptagr’s platform to save items, wait for sales, and purchase items at that time is really cool and in line with how I want to proceed! Thanks for making the online shopping experience even better!

Coming from a person who does a TON of online shopping, I can honestly say that Shoptagr is a shoppers best friend for many reasons. I love how simple it is to save any item to Shoptagr with one click. I love that I can find all of my items (usually clothing) in one place on Shoptagr. The app is also very well organized. No longer do I have to sit with dozens of tabs open on my phone or computer with items that I’m currently waiting to come back in stock or go on sale. Especially with the Holidays around the corner, its very helpful to be notified when prices drop and on top of that, Shoptagr is a total time and money saver as it automatically tests coupons at checkout guaranteeing the best price. What more can I say!?

Shoptagr is a great way to see all your favorite items from your favorite brands when go on sale or drop in price. The alerts are really helpful especially during the upcoming holiday season.

This is a great app. You can save different shopping items across different websites to different lists that you get to label and organize. You can choose to be notified whenever there is a price drop of any type, 25%, and 50%. You can even earn cash back on select sites. It doesn’t stop there! When you make a purchase, Shoptagr will find different coupon codes to help you save money. If you’re always shopping online this is a great help. I’ve been saving so many different items to Shoptagr for my holiday shopping. It’s just perfect for organizing everything and staying up to date on the best deals! It’s a google chrome extension as well.

IOS Notifications for product sales/stock alerts not working

However their ad supported retailer promo notifications are coming through, despite settings for both in app being identical and device settings set to display notifications. Renders app virtual useless and instead is just a list of things I like with NO price/stock alerts. And absolutely hate the obtrusive persistent notification asking me if I want to leave the app to browse within device browser (how does this notification work without fail, but not the others). Ugh yes I clicked the browse link for a reason. The ad tracking/sales efforts of this app have killed the utility of a once great app with avid shopper consumers at the forefront.
