This app needs an update like three years ago. Can't get into my app. The keyboard to input my password does not appear. Don't want to attempt deleting to reinstall. I don't want to lose my in app purchases. Fix and update the app.

My keyboard is missing when I open the app so I can't type in my password. When I try to reset the password, the keyboard still won't come up. Why has this not been fixed. I paid my money but can't even use this app. What a waste!!!!???

I had this app with all in-app purchases. I removed it about a year ago when I needed more space in my iPhone. Now when I reinstalled it, it just doesn't work. Consequently, I am left with no way to restore my in-app purchases. Also, don't waste your time going to the app support website.
