Doesn’t recognize real Kalimba!

I tried to use it with my real Kalimba! but it’s not recognizing, I checked with my mic privacy settings and the app isn’t even there which means it’s fake listening! When you install any software that uses the mic it has to ask for permission to use the mic which this isn’t the case here, So how is it supposed to recognize the real Kalimba?! By the sixth sense?!
