The game is great, when you actually have the 10+ minutes to kill waiting for the app to generate one. I usually want to play when I've got a few minutes to spare, like waiting in line or for an appointment or something. But usually my wait is over before the game is even calculated, so what's the point?

I love the interface; it's by far the best kakuro game out there for that alone. But it takes way, way, WAY too long to generate a puzzle.

Haven't seen any 10 minute generation times - the longest has been 3 minutes for a 9x9 puzzle on an iPhone 4. This is still too long. However, I personally like to do 7x7 puzzles, because the squares are too small for 8x8 and higher. A 7x7 puzzle is generated in 4 seconds or less, which is acceptable to me. Easy and fast interface makes this the best Kakuro. I have found the Medium and Hard puzzles to be much more challenging than the so-called hard puzzles on another product.

LOVE: The user interface and difficulty level of puzzles HATE: The looooooong wait times to generate "hard 9x9" puzzles (sometimes over 10 minutes!) -- completely unacceptable

Agree with last post, same boards now repeat over and over since last update. I can play the boards in my sleep now. Please bring back pre-update board generator. Used to be five star game.
Boards never generate.

Game worked for a while after last update but now boards never generate. I've let timer go for more than 40 minutes...no board. The game is basically DOA

The way the puzzles are made difficult is to add several 45 columns or rows. I might as well be solving Sudoko puzzles.
