If you enjoy Sudoku then definitely you will love ‘Kakuro’.
All it takes to play Kakuro is a knowledge of basic mathematics (addition and subtraction), a little analysis, and some dedication. Like Sudoku no digit can appear twice in any row or column of contiguous cells. Unlike Sudoku all the cells in a row or column must also add up to a specified value(clue value).
Kakuro, also known as cross-sums and sum-totals, is like a crossword puzzle with numbers. Each "word" must add up to the number provided in the clue above it or to the left. Words can only use the numbers 1 to 9, and a given digit can only be used once in a word.
For those new to Kakuro: it's a logic puzzle game that blends Crosswords and Sudoku, so both players will like it! Its similar to other Japanese logic puzzles such as Sudoku, killer-sudoku, Greater than Killer-sudoku, Mathdoku, Calcudoku, Nonogram, Picross and Hitori.

Downloaded and launched app. Before the menu even displayed it launched a 30 second ad. Deleted app. This is a prime example about how not to create an ad-supported game

This is exceedingly clumsy and tedious. There are no listings of possible responses. The boxes require that we input vast numbers of possible answers.

Downloaded the app and all I get is a blank green screen. Wow…what fun is this!?!?

Had some trouble figuring out interface (the only way to delete a number is to type it again - had to figure that out by trial and error), no obvious way to turn off the button sounds in the game. Worst of all, however, is the first puzzle I tried was unsolvable - for each block of cells, there were multiple answers that fit the clues given (following standard Kakuro rules), but only one set was identified as correct by the game: and it was impossible to guess which solution the game expected. There's either a missing rule not explained in the instructions, or an issue with the puzzles. So frustrated that I gave up without finishing the first easy puzzle.

The actual puzzle of kakuro is very fun, but this app is a poorly executed model of it. The puzzles do not have unique solutions, but all possible solutions are not accepted. Kakuro is supposed to be an exercise in logic, but this app is extremely illogical!

The puzzles do not have unique solutions but all solutions except the one the that was designed in are marked as wrong. Further, the controls are frustrating and not explained at all.

I love the concept of this app and I love the puzzle, but a lot of the puzzles have multiple correct answers and if you want to get it "right" you have to go through a ton of different correct possibilities to actually complete it. This is extremely annoying.
