Update doesn’t work

So I have used a profilecon for my KakaoTalk but I couldn’t change the thing since whenever I tried to change it, it wouldn’t load and tell me I don’t have internet connection, even if I was connected to WiFi the whole time

the app itself it’s pretty amazing, but since i wasn’t gonna use it anymore i deleted it, but when i go to settings > storage, it’s still taking me space. when i restart my phone the app is still there but when i try to open it it doesn’t let me. tried going to app store and try to redownload and delete it again, but it appears as if i still have downloaded. please help me

It would be cute to use, but having to sign in with another thing to join isn’t for me. I tried and tried, never could Get sign up to work or the app to work. It isn’t easy to figure out!!!

I absolutely love this app, but what happened to the profilecon button? I use profilecons a lot, and I can’t find it anywhere after the update. KakaoTalk please bring it back! :(
